Terra Verde Honey

About This Product
As part of supporting its member-producers, Terra Verde made its first step in 2025 with the standardization of organic thyme honey.
Its goal was twofold: to support small producers who trust in their cooperation, and to showcase a product of exceptional quality, pure and natural.
Through this initiative, it seeks to promote a fair and sustainable distribution and marketing model that respects both nature and people.
Terra Verde honey comes from the hives of Giannis Apostolakis, located on the foothills of the White Mountains, at an altitude of 400–1200 meters, far from agricultural crops.
Meet the Producer

White Mountains Beekeeping
Apis mellifera, this perfectly collective entity, fascinated me from the very beginning. Working with bees became a way for me to detox from the modern, stressful way of life. Opening a hive is like entering another world – unique, alive, and unexplored.
The first thing you learn from bees is to let go of your fear of nature. To observe! And through this process, you reconnect with your natural environment.
Where It's Made
Our hives are located at the foothills of the White Mountains, at an altitude of 400–1200 meters.
